I just had a great service experience with my 2018 BMW K 1600b at RiderMarket. Sarah was extremely helpful with checking in my bike and she kept me updated on its progress. Zach was very thorough explaining the service and warranty work performed and helped load my bike back onto my trailer. While at the dealership Tristian helped me source some parts for a Triumph Bobber that I needed. A great experience and great inventory of new and used bikes.

When speaking on the phone with Sarah I believe, service department. She was absolutely the biggest help I’ve received. My bike was having issues and the place I bought it from was giving me hell until I called here. They were ready willing and able to help me out and I couldn’t appreciate anything more from them.

Zach and Sarah are the ABSOLUTE best if you want to get your service done on your motorcycle. They are thorough, professional, kind, and VERY fair with pricing. This is another level of customer service and also, if you have high end bike that need tires replaced, their prices are UNBEATABLE (trust me, I did the research)! They have a great selection of BMWs and Triumphs. We will be buying our GS 800 there without a doubt!
