Zachary and the service team did a good job on a late tire change request for me. I even had communication from them on days they were closed. I live a long way from the shop but prefer to bring it to them as they have taken good care of me in the past.

Fantastic customer service. Called Zachary in the service department in a bind and they were the only dealer within 150 miles willing to squeeze me in for 10 minute software issue/reset. Once there they treated me like family and took me right in. From there it was learned the dealer I recently purchased the bike from didn't fully complete the break-in service or take care a recall on the bike. They made me a priority and got me taken care of same day. Not only professional but made me feel like they truly cared and wanted to take care of me. Lastly, despite being closing time, Zachary took the time to go through multiple features and functions on the bike that I was still trying to figure out. Will absolutely make this my home dealership for all future services and purchases.
