Zachary and the service team did a great job on a 6k service for me on my 1250 GSA. They even had a service special going on so I saved a little money too. They completed the service before I anticipated and it was during Biketoberfest to boot. I live a long way from the shop but prefer to bring it to them as they have provided me good service over a number of years.

I took my 2015 BMW 1200 to RiderMarket in Ormond for the cruise control to be fixed. Sarah in the service department greeted me and was very informative and helpful. She offered to check for any recalls on my bike, even though the warranty was expired. They ended up checking the driveshaft allowance and replaced a drain plug under the warranty. The cruise control was repaired at a very reasonable price. The short time it was there, the battery in my keyless remote went bad. Zach in service replaced it for free before calling me to advise the bike was ready to pick up. The communication from Zach and Sarah was better than if I had personally known them. They were kind and knowledgeable on my bike. When I arrived to pick the bike up, Tristan (technician) went through the repair that was completed and gave some really insightful information on a few upgrades I've been considering. Nobody looks forward to having their bike repaired, but they definitely made the experience a clear choice for where it will be repaired in the future. Thanks y'all, I really appreciate the time and effort you put into me as a customer.

I just had a great service experience with my 2018 BMW K 1600b at RiderMarket. Sarah was extremely helpful with checking in my bike and she kept me updated on its progress. Zach was very thorough explaining the service and warranty work performed and helped load my bike back onto my trailer. While at the dealership Tristian helped me source some parts for a Triumph Bobber that I needed. A great experience and great inventory of new and used bikes.

I love my new (used) BMW F850GS from RiderMarket!!! I found it online and when I went to the dealership to check it out, it was in better condition than advertised as it had quite a few valuable/unmentioned upgrades. Eric, the Sales Manager made the purchase process fast and easy plus gave me a great price out the door. The process went so smooth that my dad came in and bought a brand new BMW R1300GSA from Eric a few days later! Highly recommend you check them out for your next bike!

Brought my bike in for its second maintenance interval. Zach and Sarah were able to get me signed in quickly and able to answer any questions I had. Took a test ride on another bike from the sales floor while I waited for my bike to be ready. Shayne set the test bike up for me quickly. When I got back from the test ride I waited and relaxed in the sales lounge. Was able to get a complimentary bottle of water and some snacks. The bike rode really well after the maintenance was done . Very happy with the experience.

2017 bmw k1600 gt I wanted to get a bit more power and improve sound. Zack was awesome, walked me through what I needed; new exhaust system, tune etc. complicated job parts from Europe tariffs yikes. Once all parts arrived work was completed in a day. Zack even worked on bike while he was ill. Everything we discussed concerning sound and performance is dead on. Couldn’t be more satisfied with the advice and work performed. Special Thanks Zach, Sara & Tristin for keeping me educated, updated and calming my second guessing fears while waiting for my parts to arrive.

I felt she was very responsive to my needs, very caring, and she was outstanding with customer service. I'm extremely happy with the quality of how I've always been treated at this dealership, they're very good people. They have very competitive prices and I will absolutely do business here in the future and I do recommend them. Below is my older original review that I left 3 years ago for them when I first bought my BMW motorcycle: I bought a brand new BMW motorcycle there last night and I had a very good service experience. The price was right and my salesman Terry was wonderfully helpful and nice. I do recommend this place.

I have been riding for years and have owned many bikes. When we were looking for a new motorcycle we tried out Rider Market Group in Daytona. We had such a great experience with the purchase of our first motorcycle from them, when we decided to buy a different style of motorcycle we went back for the second time and made a deal. Everyone is super friendly and easy to talk to. They actually listen to us and what our needs were so we could find the right bike and the accessories we needed. They also have a lot of events hosted there and we have joined them for many of these events. Last one we went to was the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride lots of fun and met a lot of people on that ride. Give RiderMarket Daytona a try! You won’t regret it.

I found this beautiful, ultra low mileage 2016 R1200RT in a Google search. Turns out it was at Rider Market Daytona. I called the company and ended up speaking with Shayne Warren. Shayne made the process seamless and shipped the bike to my home on the west coast of Florida with a new license plate, a full tank of gas and a spotless clean bike. I am 82, just bought my Triumph Bonneville T100, it a 2008 with just over 2000 miles on it. I got it from a private owner. It did need some carbonator repair. I called RideMarket, talked to a very nice lady ( Sara) that is very knowledgeable about and ordered the parts, kept on top of the repairs. I also talked to the General manager ( DENNIS Pyles) and took control of the repairs.The Triumph was repaired and returned the next day. I'm very happy with everyone I dealt with, they treated me with respect and did what was expected the first time. I have dealt with many people and business in 82 years, this is the best people and businesses I have ever used. I give them five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars.

I own two BMW K series and wouldn't take them anywhere else. I moved almost 90 miles away and still choose to bring my bikes here for service. Even for scheduled service they will remove items you have taken care of yourself to save you money. Every person here is friendly and helpful no matter what their position is. Added plus is a customer lounge with coffe, chips and a MotoGP race playing on the TV.

The 1st Class Service Manager at Ridermarket Daytona (Ormond Beach) did me right by installing 2 tires on my Benelli at a giveaway price. I brought the bare rims in rather than having him remove the wheels from the bike. I checked with several other shops and nobody else would give me a discount for bringing in the rims.

Visited while in town for 2026 Bike Week. Friendly staff. Wide assortment of bikes, accessories and clothing from Aprilia, BMW and Triumph. Rockin deals this week on their bikes. Go check them out.

Finally spoiled myself and bought a lifetime bike here. I’ve been annoying people at this dealership since it was in the old Daytona location (which I still miss). Sales has never been overly pushy through all the regime changes. Zach in Service and everybody in Parts has always been great. Looking forward to being disturbed at how much stuff I buy for my new bike.

If you're in the market for a motorcycle you owe it to yourself to stop here and take a look at what they have, new or used. I just bought a Triumph Tiger 850 Sport from them and it was the easiest motorcycle purchase I've ever made from the most helpful, friendly and no pressure staff I've encountered in a very long time. It's also, very, very refreshing to have a motorcycle dealership in town that you can just go and hang out at if ya want. I can't say that about most motorcycle shops I've visited. It reminds me a lot of my Uncle Pete's Yamaha and Honda shop that I spent countless hours in growing up and working at all through my high school and junior college years!

These guys really know how to take care of their customers. We have bought a new bike from therm. Had three of our bikes serviced there and bought parts/accessories. It's alway an easy and pleasant experience. One weekend I had a flat on my speedmaster while we had guests visiting and rides planned. We took the bike right there and their service manager dropped everything to work on my bike. Had us out the door in less than an hour. They are trustworthy and care about their customers. It will be taken care of right the first time. Unfortunately these days that kind of service is hard to find.

Great experience buying a new motorcycle. No pushy salesman, no pushy finance. Plenty of time to make up my mind. Bike was ready when I wanted to pick it up. ALL controls were throughly explained. Everyone in the dealership were friendly and showed excitement for my choice.

Everyone at the shop was great and they have a lot of inventory good accessories available. The mechanic was very knowledgeable. When I bought the bike he explained all the electronics to me and how to operate everything everybody in the shop was awesome.

This was my first time buying from Rider Market Daytona. I lived about 2hours away from the dealership but they worked with me over the phone and we were able to put a deal together with numbers close to what I was looking to pay and got my loan pre qualified too. When I was able to show up for the in person test ride they had the bikes I wanted to test ride ready and waiting. I filled out the waivers and off I went on the test rides. When finished I chose a bike I wanted and we talked about price and we came to an agreement that both parties were happy with. My salesman Rick was great and easy to talk with. Rick listened to what I was looking for and took the time to explain where my choices in motorcycle may do or not do for my style of riding. The entire experience was great. My wife and I rode the 2 hours home together and we took the long way home to enjoy our new purchase. It was just what we were looking for and it has been a great bike to ride daily on my commute to and from work. Oh and Rick invites anyone to join him on the monthly ride he puts together for customers or future customers to come and enjoy the ride with other fellow riders on their current bikes. I had a really good experience here. I’ve been looking for something different for a little bit and I got focused on the BMW bikes. I went in to see the GSA, but ended up looking at the M1000XR. Not only were the employees helpful, but I met a BMW enthusiast who was so passionate about the brand and the M that I bought the M. And it was a great choice, although it’s way more bike than I should be on. The bike is outrageous. I also had the opportunity to meet Zach the service manager. Zach is super. If you’re looking for a BMW this is the place. I feel like they were very generous with my trade and the entire deal. They were professional throughout. I still want the GSA, so I’ll likely be back soon. Thanks Chris, Joey, Zach and all the other pros here.

BMW, as usual, has a great high end offering. I was absolutely astounded at the very diversified line up from Triumph, everything from Cruisers, Sport, Adventure and Dirt bikes. One of my friends is purchasing a new Triumph. If you have not considered Triumph in the past, you definitely need to stop in and take a good look, you will not be disappointed. These guys were professional, knowledgeable and experienced from the initial phone call to the service process. The showroom is immaculate and as well the service area to was a thing of beauty. I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone who is looking for that step above retail experience. They specialize in Triumph and BMW, but had no problem working on my Royal Enfield Himalayan scram 411. Zach is who I spoke to initially and he spent time with me making the decision making process so much easier than previously with any other dealership. The service tech at the desk was so cool to talk to and his enthusiasm for both on road and off road riding was inspiring. You will not be disappointed. A must see! I dropped my own tubed tire off my bike and brought it to them to put a new tube in after a puncture from a nail. they were done in under 15 minutes, the same day…that is zero turnaround time
