I found this beautiful, ultra low mileage 2016 R1200RT in a Google search. Turns out it was at Rider Market Daytona. I called the company and ended up speaking with Shayne Warren. Shayne made the process seamless and shipped the bike to my home on the west coast of Florida with a new license plate, a full tank of gas and a spotless clean bike. I would recommend that anyone looking for a used motorcycle should call Rider Market Daytona and ask for Shayne.

I am 82, just bought my Triumph Bonneville T100, it a 2008 with just over 2000 miles on it. I got it from a private owner. It did need some carbonator repair. I called RideMarket, talked to a very nice lady ( Sara) that is very knowledgeable about and ordered the parts, kept on top of the repairs. I also talked to the General manager ( DENNIS Pyles) and took control of the repairs.The Triumph was repaired and returned the next day. I'm very happy with everyone I dealt with, they treated me with respect and did what was expected the first time. I have dealt with many people and business in 82 years, this is the best people and businesses I have ever used. I give them five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stars.

Absolutely great experience. Rick in sales is wonderful. He is so knowledgeable, listens to your needs and gets you into the correct motorcycle. A motorcycle which brings smiles with every mile. I own two BMW K series and wouldn't take them anywhere else. I moved almost 90 miles away and still choose to bring my bikes here for service. Even for scheduled service they will remove items you have taken care of yourself to save you money. Every person here is friendly and helpful no matter what their position is. Added plus is a customer lounge with coffe, chips and a MotoGP race playing on the TV.

No one is too cool or unapproachable at this dealership!! As you can see I bought 2 Triumphs and sold the Orange one in 6 months of working with the GM Dennis & his old & new ownership, management & crew. I Own 2 Harleys and live here. To me this Dealership is the Hottest & most exciting in the area! The prices are much more reasonable with one goal in mind: MOVE ALL TYPES OF MOTORCYCLES! The 1st Class Service Manager at Ridermarket Daytona (Ormond Beach) did me right by installing 2 tires on my Benelli at a giveaway price. I brought the bare rims in rather than having him remove the wheels from the bike. I checked with several other shops and nobody else would give me a discount for bringing in the rims.

Finally spoiled myself and bought a lifetime bike here. I’ve been annoying people at this dealership since it was in the old Daytona location (which I still miss). Sales has never been overly pushy through all the regime changes. Zach in Service and everybody in Parts has always been great. Looking forward to being disturbed at how much stuff I buy for my new bike.

If you're in the market for a motorcycle you owe it to yourself to stop here and take a look at what they have, new or used. I just bought a Triumph Tiger 850 Sport from them and it was the easiest motorcycle purchase I've ever made from the most helpful, friendly and no pressure staff I've encountered in a very long time. It's also, very, very refreshing to have a motorcycle dealership in town that you can just go and hang out at if ya want. I can't say that about most motorcycle shops I've visited. It reminds me a lot of my Uncle Pete's Yamaha and Honda shop that I spent countless hours in growing up and working at all through my high school and junior college years!

These guys really know how to take care of their customers. We have bought a new bike from therm. Had three of our bikes serviced there and bought parts/accessories. It's alway an easy and pleasant experience. One weekend I had a flat on my speedmaster while we had guests visiting and rides planned. We took the bike right there and their service manager dropped everything to work on my bike. Had us out the door in less than an hour. They are trustworthy and care about their customers. It will be taken care of right the first time. Unfortunately these days that kind of service is hard to find.

Great experience buying a new motorcycle. No pushy salesman, no pushy finance. Plenty of time to make up my mind. Bike was ready when I wanted to pick it up. ALL controls were throughly explained. Everyone in the dealership were friendly and showed excitement for my choice.

Everyone at the shop was great and they have a lot of inventory good accessories available. The mechanic was very knowledgeable. When I bought the bike he explained all the electronics to me and how to operate everything everybody in the shop was awesome.

Great dealership. Bought a new bike from them. Very friendly and responsive group. Super easy transaction, starting with my salesman, Rick, all the way to the sales manager. They gave me a fair price on my trade and let me test ride 3 bikes before I bought. Parts and service have also been great. Can’t say enough positive. Would definitely buy from them again even though they’re about 2 hours from my home.

This was my first time buying from Rider Market Daytona. I lived about 2hours away from the dealership but they worked with me over the phone and we were able to put a deal together with numbers close to what I was looking to pay and got my loan pre qualified too. When I was able to show up for the in person test ride they had the bikes I wanted to test ride ready and waiting. I filled out the waivers and off I went on the test rides. When finished I chose a bike I wanted and we talked about price and we came to an agreement that both parties were happy with. My salesman Rick was great and easy to talk with. Rick listened to what I was looking for and took the time to explain where my choices in motorcycle may do or not do for my style of riding. The entire experience was great. My wife and I rode the 2 hours home together and we took the long way home to enjoy our new purchase. It was just what we were looking for and it has been a great bike to ride daily on my commute to and from work. Oh and Rick invites anyone to join him on the monthly ride he puts together for customers or future customers to come and enjoy the ride with other fellow riders on their current bikes. I recommend Rider Market Daytona to anyone looking for a new or used bike!

I had a really good experience here. I’ve been looking for something different for a little bit and I got focused on the BMW bikes. I went in to see the GSA, but ended up looking at the M1000XR. Not only were the employees helpful, but I met a BMW enthusiast who was so passionate about the brand and the M that I bought the M. And it was a great choice, although it’s way more bike than I should be on. The bike is outrageous. I also had the opportunity to meet Zach the service manager. Zach is super. If you’re looking for a BMW this is the place. I feel like they were very generous with my trade and the entire deal. They were professional throughout. I still want the GSA, so I’ll likely be back soon. Thanks Chris, Joey, Zach and all the other pros here.

Stopped in with a couple friends to take a look. Was amazed at how nice it is inside. Very professional staff, no pressure, everyone is very nice. Great inventory of bikes, new and preowned. BMW, as usual, has a great high end offering. I was absolutely astounded at the very diversified line up from Triumph, everything from Cruisers, Sport, Adventure and Dirt bikes. One of my friends is purchasing a new Triumph. If you have not considered Triumph in the past, you definitely need to stop in and take a good look, you will not be disappointed. This place is one of the best.

These guys were professional, knowledgeable and experienced from the initial phone call to the service process. The showroom is immaculate and as well the service area to was a thing of beauty. I highly recommend this bike shop to anyone who is looking for that step above retail experience. They specialize in Triumph and BMW, but had no problem working on my Royal Enfield Himalayan scram 411. Zach is who I spoke to initially and he spent time with me making the decision making process so much easier than previously with any other dealership. The service tech at the desk was so cool to talk to and his enthusiasm for both on road and off road riding was inspiring. You will not be disappointed. A must see! I dropped my own tubed tire off my bike and brought it to them to put a new tube in after a puncture from a nail. they were done in under 15 minutes, the same day…that is zero turnaround time

Excellent treatment for an unforseen problem that popped up. Not so happy with BMW. It was covered under warranty but took 2 weeks to happen and I was on a once a year motorcycle trip with my brother. Had i not had other motorcycles the trip would have been ruined. I like the people at Daytona Beach Motos.

Specifically went to this triump dealership as I had a bad experience with other triump dealerships. This was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a service center. The service advisor was absolutely awesome he was nice respectful and answered all my questions (and I had a lot of questions) I then walked into the show room floor and had an awesome conversation regarding my recent trip to NC with one of the sales associates. Lastly I actually got to talk to the mechanic to worked on my bike without even having to request it. (Never had this happen before) overall it was a very welcoming and reassuring process and I will 100% recommend this dealer and be back.

I have bought a lot of motorcycles in my day. A bit of an obsession, but enough about me. My most recent purchase was a new-to-me BMW r1250gs. I worked with salesman Terry and Rich. I also worked directly with the new manager, Kyle. I must say, these guys are so friendly, helpful, no pressure and really seem to love motorcycles. This dealership still allows test rides (many do not these days) and I don't know how someone would buy a motorcycle with a test ride. In particular, Kyle bent over backward to get back to me to answer every question. He made the buying experience very easy. That guy knows and loves bikes, its a blast just to chat with him about bikes. When I went to pick up the bike, the new plate was already on the bike, registration in my name, and the bike was immaculate. And I mean immaculate. I don't know how they did it. It looked brand show room new. The while rear mono-shock spring was as white as fresh snow. Full tank of gas, and even though they were in the middle of moving the entire showroom to a new location, Kyle took the time to go over the features of the bike. Even after the sale, Kyle gets back to me with answers, never excuses. I am very happy with the bike, Kyle and the dealership. I'll be back to them for my next bike, for sure (remember my obsession).

Excellent communication, no hassle, no haggle, and he made sure I got everything I wanted before the deal was done. They were all very accommodating, making this purchase so easy and smooth. This was my first time not buying a Harley in 22 years, and Euro Cycles blew away every Harley dealer I've ever purchased from, 11 different Harleys, dealers from GA, Ohio, Alabama, Colorado (I was active duty army for 2 decades). Everyone I encountered at Daytona Beach Motos was exceptional. My salesman, Rich was great. He allowed me to test ride bikes and gave me a lot of insights as to the different models. The delivery process was smooth on my 2024 r1250gsa. Tristan was extremely patient and knowledgeable with the accessories and operation of the bike. A MUST READ...This dealer is clearly not the same from the old location. I had a situation 2 + years ago that's been knawing at my gut ever since. So I finally reached out to corporate MotoAmerica whom bought out the old owner explaining my experience. Wayne Monahan who runs the USA daily operations got back to me the same day. An hour later, Zack the articulate and motorcycle savvy service manager called to tell me how they are going to rectify the situation. 24 hours later my bike was on the rack being wrenched on by Tom their top mechanic. My 2016 GS1200 supermoto was ready the next day. Brad Anassis is the South African they brought in from Corporate to keep things running smoothly along with Doug from Tampa. Brads worldwide racing pedigre in the moto world is quite impressive. In conclusion: This is a company that clearly cares about their reputation in taking care of its customers.The interior showroom is classy and sharp. They are truly building a cool moto culture here as well as a strong customer base. And I'll be one for life. Thx again guys....

Fantastic customer service. Called Zachary in the service department in a bind and they were the only dealer within 150 miles willing to squeeze me in for 10 minute software issue/reset. Once there they treated me like family and took me right in. From there it was learned the dealer I recently purchased the bike from didn't fully complete the break-in service or take care a recall on the bike. They made me a priority and got me taken care of same day. Not only professional but made me feel like they truly cared and wanted to take care of me. Lastly, despite being closing time, Zachary took the time to go through multiple features and functions on the bike that I was still trying to figure out. Will absolutely make this my home dealership for all future services and purchases.

Picked up my 2007 Triumph Daytona 675 from a guy that use to work here, so when it needed a part, this is who I contacted. I had an unforeseen issue with my motorcycle while in Dayton. Luckily I was right at this dealership when I noticed it. Zach, the service manager took care of everything. His communication was excellent, and he really put in a lot of effort to get my BMW repaired. It turned out to be a lot more involved than expected and ensured that BMW of America helped as much as possible with the cost. Thomas was the mechanic that repaired “my baby” , he did an excellent job…. She purrs again! Chris delivered her to my house in Sarasota. I couldn’t be more happy!

I dropped in on January 11, 2024 in the afternoon to see about having my motorcycle repaired. I am travelling through Florida over the winter months and had some damage done to my bike and stopped in to see about ordering parts and booking a future appointment to have the repairs done. I talked with Zach the service manager and to my surprise, after quoting a fair price on parts and labour he suggested I leave the bike with him and he would order the parts and call me when it was ready. 26 hours later Zach called and and my bike was ready to go. They had inspected the bike for any other damages and had topped off the oil! Thank you to Zach and his team, great service!

Had a great experience at Euro Cycles of Daytona. Rich Roberts let me test ride multiple Triumphs, explaining each in detail. There was no rush, told me to "take my time, enjoy the ride, see you when you get back". Financing was also straight forward with a few options that helped with my budget. Overall a great day. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is interested in the GS or Triumph Tiger line. They had an incredible selection of bikes, and an extremely knowledgeable staff familiar with the features of the GS's and Tigers. A huge selection of aftermarket parts, as well as helmets, jackets, gloves etc. to browse while you're at the store. I purchased a Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Pro (2023) and received a great deal with financing incentives. My salesman (Rich) took the time to help me shop the bike, and recommended I sit on a number of bikes (not just the one I thought I wanted) to make sure I didn't have buyer's remorse. Once I knew I wanted the Tiger, the manager (Jamie) elevated the entire experience, helping us get the financing approved and insuring we qualified for every factory incentive that was available. I loved this shop so much, I bought the bike in Daytona and rode it home to North Carolina. I'll be back to buy my next bike here, and look forward to visiting every year at bike week. Don't hesitate to visit - it will be worth your time.

This is overdue, but I have to give a shout out to Josh, Thomas and Zach . This was on October 22. The last day of bike week around 3 PM Euro Cycles was closing, and I had a front tire issue on my Harley. Those guys put their energy together and it was like a three man pit crew to get me up and rolling again in minutes !!! Put it this way the next time I come down to Florida I at least want to buy you guys lunch. Came up on January 7th to take a look at a used BMW R1250RS. I worked with Terry, who is a phenomenal salesman. I got to test ride the BMW and (sadly) wasn't that impressed with it in comparison to my FJR1300. I was then allowed to take a Street Triple RS for a demo ride and...well, let's just say it was a truly transformative experience. I put a $500 deposit down on a Cosmic Yellow 2024 model and was given a delivery date range of April 4-18th. I got a call from Terry on April 4th saying that my bike arrived. I showed up on the 7th to find the bike inside the showroom, behind Terry's desk, waiting for me. Eric in Finance made the paperwork process easy, and Jamie was extremely helpful with ordering parts and accessories. Overall, this was a pleasant motorcycle buying experience and I would highly recommend the team at Euro Cycles Daytona for any of your BMW or Triumph motorcycle needs. I am absolutely loving the Street Triple RS and will definitely look forward to seeing them for my first service towards the end of the month. "For the Ride."

Recently purchased a brand new Triumph motorcycle and my overall experience was awesome. Mike Watts was great and made the whole process very easy. They even matched a sale from another dealer. The motorcycle was as expected and was ready to go before I arrived. They gave me a free Tshirt and a hat. The whole transaction was a breeze and they even helped load the motorcycle onto the trailer and even provided free ratcheting tie downs to secure the motorcycle. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and the motorcycle. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a motorcycle.
